Who collects what
This site is operated by Yannick Chasse Photography (https://www.ycphoto.ca/). We collect only the minimum data needed to respond to inquiries and keep the site secure: emails sent to our contact addresses, server logs that record IP + user-agent for abuse prevention, and Cloudflare's edge logs.
Cookies + analytics
The public site sets no first-party cookies. The admin SPA (at /admin) is gated by Cloudflare Access, which sets its own session cookie scoped to admin paths only.
If/when analytics is added, this section will list the provider, what's tracked, retention, and opt-out instructions.
Contact-form data
Contact inquiries are sent via mailto: from your local mail client. We don't intercept or store form data on our servers.
Your rights
Under PIPEDA (Canada) and the GDPR (where applicable) you can request access, correction, or deletion of any personal information we hold. Email our general inquiries address with the request.
Changes
Updates to this policy are reflected in the date at the top of the page. Material changes will be flagged in a redirected notice.
